Welcome To Narmada Basin Organization, Bhopal
Narmada Basin Organization (NBO) is one of the thirteen regional organizations of the Central Water Commission. It is a field unit of the River Management (RM) Wing of CWC.
- The organization is headed by a Chief Engineer who is assisted by the Superintending Engineer (Co-ordination), Director (Monitoring & Punasa Design), Director (Monitoring & Appraisal- Bhopal) and Director (Monitoring & Appraisal- Raipur).
- The jurisdiction of NBO covers the Catchment area of Narmada River and its tributaries in the States of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
