Monitoring (Central) Organisation (Mon-C), Nagpur, Maharashtra MCO, Nagpur is responsible for
- Observation of hydrological and hydrometeorological data and flood forecasting in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh (partly), Andhra Pradesh (partly)
- Monitoring of schemes under general monitoring, AIBP, CAD Programme and restoration of water bodies
- Appraisal of medium irrigation projects in Maharashtra.
